COATINGS
Coating concrete tanks, steel tanks and reinforced plastic structures used in industry is a cost-effective and ecologically sound way to extend the service life of the structures and ensure chemical resistance. The coating material and method are always selected according to the requirements of the application, chemical conditions and mechanical stresses.
Sprayable coatings
In most cases, a spray coating is the optimal solution, as it can be installed directly on top of the old structure – without chiseling or pouring new structures.
Depending on the project, we use the following coating materials:

KNC Nanopolymer – excellent chemical resistance, fast curing

Epoxy coating – mechanically durable, protects against moisture and chemicals

Polyurethane coating – flexible, impact-resistant and highly adhesive
Thermoplastic pools and reinforced plastic coating
In certain situations, the most effective solution is to install a thermoplastic liner inside the old pool. The liner is glued and anchored to the structure, and the solution is suitable for applications where special tightness and mechanical resistance are required.
Reinforced plastic coating (composite) is the recommended choice when the site is exposed to demanding chemicals or when the coating must withstand constant thermal stress and abrasion.
Sandblasting – effective pre-treatment for coating
A prerequisite for high-quality and long-lasting coating is careful groundwork. We perform sandblasting in industrial sites to:
Remove old coatings, rust and impurities
Rough the surface to ensure optimal adhesion
Improve the mechanical and chemical adhesion of the coating material
Sandblasting is carried out with a customer-specific selected grain material and the correct pressure settings, taking into account the material, condition and requirements of the structure being treated.
